A disappointing stay, to start, this hotel is far from central. Upon entry of the room it reached of mothballs we had to cleanse the room to be able to endure the smell also the toilet was not functioning. We were promised it would be repaired the next day but it was never in good working condition, we had to manually fill the tank in order to flush. The restaurant was closed so no chance of breakfast. We had to walk a block to get a cup of coffee. The first morning three parties were sitting in the lobby as had all been double booked. Our booking didn't show up for some reason but finally was settled. The staff did try to help us . Overall poor value for money.

the hotel was cheating us, we got their hotel confirmation through 訂房網站.com, but when I checked in , there was no room available and the hotel said that we needed to deposit 50% to secure room reservation what we had never ever read this policy on 訂房網站.com and this is indeed the 1st time we faced out this issue.
